We chose to make Belenon an animal humanoid plane where all the creatures are some kind of "animal person," except for the plane's humans
Since they didn't have original art to work from, they had to use an actual foil card to copy from and so even though there is no foil on the card, it still shows the foil pattern
The Genetic Apex Ponyta also guarantees 20 damage per hit without RNG, so if a player just wants to use Ponyta to set up Rapidash, the original Ponyta is probably the better way to go
